Mark Mosch
Founding Partner, CEO
As founder and CEO, Mark is responsible for the strategic planning and growth of the company. Mark focuses on developing partnerships with third-party management companies, financial institutions, as well as overseeing investor management. He maintains oversight over all aspects of AndMark. With two decades of Multi-family experience, Mr. Mosch is an accomplished real estate professional with proven ability to evaluate investment opportunities. Mr. Mosch holds a BA and an MBA from Northwestern University.
Luis Velez
Partner, Executive Vice President
Luis Velez is the Executive Vice President of the Manager and of the other AndMark funds. His primary responsibilities are to oversee the acquisitions, divestures and building financing activities. In addition, Mr. Velez has broad experience in land and construction development and is a licensed general contractor in Arkansas. Luis managed the land and construction development of Wobbe Lane Phase II, AndMark’s first and very successful 128-unit development in Fund IV. Prior to joining AndMark in 2017, Mr. Velez was Senior Vice President of Chambers Bank, a regional bank located in Arkansas. At Chambers Bank, Luis originated and restructured over $500 million in multi-family loans.
Mr. Velez has a BS in Management from John Brown University and an Executive MBA from the Wharton School.
Martha Groszewski
Partner, Chief Financial Officer
Martha Groszewski is the Chief Financial Officer of the AndMark Management Companies. She has held senior management positions in manufacturing, retail, and real estate organizations for the last 30 years. Her most recent positions include 7 years as CEO of Griplock Systems, a private-equity owned manufacturing company, and 8 years as CFO of Patagonia, a global apparel company. She began her career as a CPA with Price Waterhouse Coopers.
Andrew FeshbacH
Founding Partner & Chairman
Andrew Feshbach is a Co-Founder of AndMark and is the Chairman of this Manager as well as all of the previous managers. Mr. Feshbach has nearly 40 years of management and investment experience concentrated in distressed acquisitions and growth management.
Mr. Feshbach is currently a private investor. From 2004 to 2019, he was the CEO and part owner of The Walking Company, the world’s largest retailer of comfort shoes. Mr. Feshbach was CEO and part owner of Big Dog Sportswear, a retailer of casual sportswear and accessories from 1992 to 2019. Prior to Big Dogs, Mr. Feshbach was a partner in Fortune Financial, a private investment firm specializing in the acquisition of distressed businesses and a Vice President in investment banking at Bear, Stearns and Co.
Mr. Feshbach has an MBA from Harvard University and an AB in Economics from UC Berkeley (Phi Beta Kappa and magna cum laude). In addition, Mr. Feshbach has served on various for profit and not for profit Boards.
Scott Schoen
Founding Partner & Vice Chairman
Scott Schoen is a Co-Founder of AndMark Investment Funds. Since 2014 Mr. Schoen has served as Vice Chairman and head of the Investment Committee for AndMark. Mr. Schoen has been the Chief Executive Officer of Baylon Capital Management, a private investment firm, since 2012.
Prior to forming Baylon, Mr. Schoen worked at THL Partners, L.P. from 1986 – 2011, where he held positions including Co-President from 2003 – 2009 and Vice Chairman from 2010 – 2011. THL Partners is a Boston-based private equity firm with total assets under management in excess of $30 billion.
Prior to 1986, Mr. Schoen was in the Private Finance Department of Goldman, Sachs & Co. Mr. Schoen has served as a director on more than two dozen corporate boards, including The Nielsen Company, Acosta Sales & Marketing, Rayovac, Corporation, Axis Specialty Ltd. and Alliance Bernstein Holdings LP.
Mr. Schoen is a Trustee, and was Chairman of the Board of Trustees, of Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital Network from 2013 – 2022. He has been a Trustee of Mass General Brigham Healthcare System since 2013.
Adrian Stern
Founding Partner, Tax and Accounting
Adrian Stern, CPA is the managing partner of Clumeck Stern Schenkelberg & Getzoff, an accounting firm based in Southern California. In addition to his duties as one of the senior partners of his firm, Mr. Stern has coordinated and/or been a managing member of over one dozen real estate syndications since the early 1990’s. These projects have encompassed multi-family residential, office, and medical properties – and represent over $100 million of real estate at acquisition cost. Mr. Stern is also a Professor at the Gould School of Law at the University of Southern California.
Alexis Dilg
Partner, Director of Investor Relations
Alexis is one of the original members of AndMark and has been responsible for the high level of communication to investors, as well as being the first line of contact for any investor inquiries. She holds a B.A. from University of California at Santa Barbara.
